We take utmost care to ensure delivering our products in a good condition. If the received product(s) is/are damaged/received a wrong product/the product is defective, customers can return the products to us for an exchange or credit note. Refer with the below bullets to know our policy.
Cancellation
You can request to cancel any order before it ships from My Orders. Cancellation requests are not a guarantee, as our cancellation system will not allow items to be canceled once they are preparing for shipment.
We are unable to provide refunds for the return of the food. Also, if you cancel the order after the food has been cooked, the cancellation is not acceptable. For more information, you should contact us.
Refunds, Returns & Exchange
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. However, if your order is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Flowers & Perishable Products
Certain types of items cannot be returned like Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants) custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammanle lituids and solids and gasses. Please cobtact us if you have any questions or concers about your specific items.

Specialty Gifts & Pooja items
Specialty gift items that are non-perishable & Pooja samagri may be returned for any reason, for a full refund (within 7 days of receipt of the item) provided the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.
Please note that we can refund shipping fees only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the specialty gift item, but the original and return shipping fee will not be refunded. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.
