Arpanmart offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via FedEx, UPS. or USPS Post, especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods

Please note that fresh flowers and food items are non-refundable.
For non-perishable products, if the item is in good condition, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 7 days of receipt—whether bought online or in-store.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • Received item is in good condition;
  • A receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Arpan Mart online store;
  • An act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current state legislation.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Your order may still be in transit. Please check your order confirmation email for a tracking link or contact us with your order number, and we’ll check the status for you.

2. Delivery Timelines:
We prepare all our meals fresh, just like home, with no pre-packed or frozen items. This might take a little longer, but we promise it's worth the wait! Most orders are delivered within [insert timeframe, e.g., 2–4 business days].

Do you deliver on public holidays?

1. Fresh Food, Fresh Schedule:
We usually take a break on public holidays to ensure our team gets well-deserved rest and we never compromise on freshness. Orders placed during holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Special Requests? We’re Listening!
If you have an urgent or special event on a public holiday, reach out in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate your Fresh Flowers, Spiritual items or Bhojan needs!

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

1. Fresh Flowers Need Care:
Our flowers are sourced and arranged fresh, so next-day delivery depends on availability in your area. Pre-ordering helps us serve you best!

2. Spiritual Products – Faster Dispatch:
Many of our spiritual items (like pooja samagri, incense, etc.) are eligible for next-day delivery based on your pin code. Reach out to check availability!

3. Need It Urgently? Let’s Make It Happen:
Have a special event or urgent pooja? Contact us—we’ll do our best to arrange a quick delivery, depending on product and location.

Do I need to be there to sign to delivery?

1. For Fresh Flowers – Yes, Please!
Since freshness matters, we prefer handing over flower orders directly to ensure they're received in perfect condition.

2. Spiritual Products – Flexible Delivery:
For non-perishable spiritual items, a signature is usually not required. However, someone should be available to receive the package safely.

3. Special Instructions Welcome:
Not home? You can leave delivery instructions at checkout or contact us—we’ll try our best to accommodate secure drop-offs.
